Nagpur, India Web design and development

We design and build websites for small businesses and startups.

We're Evenframe, a two-person design and development studio in Nagpur, India. We work with shops, clinics, tradespeople and early-stage founders who want a site they can understand and own.

A five-page site typically takes about three weeks. Every project is quoted after a short call.

Concept work, for now

We're new, so we don't have client results to show yet. These are concept sites we designed for imaginary businesses, so you can judge how we think.

Concept piece, not a real client

Coffee roaster shop

Concept for an imaginary specialty roaster

  • Web design
  • Online shop

Brief. A small roaster whose shop takes too many clicks to buy one bag of coffee. Idea. Lead with this week's roast, keep the rest of the range a tap away, and cut checkout to two steps.

Vet clinic booking

Concept for an imaginary three-vet practice

  • Web design
  • Online booking
  • Local SEO

free slots first. nobody wants to read a form.

Concept piece, not a real client

Bookkeeping startup landing page

Concept for an imaginary pre-launch startup

  • Waitlist form

Physio clinic site

Concept for an imaginary neighbourhood clinic

  • Redesign
  • Local SEO

Brief. A clinic site that never explains what the treatments are, and is hard to find on Google. Idea. Describe each treatment in plain words, answer the questions people actually search, and put booking where a worried person looks first.

Concept piece, not a real client

Electrician's site

Concept for an imaginary one-person trade business

  • Web design
  • Quote form
  • Local SEO

Brief. Most of this electrician's work comes from phone calls and word of mouth, and jobs are lost when nobody picks up. Idea. A call button on every screen, and a short quote request people can fill in at night.

Services

What we do

Every project is quoted after a short call, because the scope decides the price. Payment is 50% to start and 50% at launch.

  • Web design

We design in the browser rather than in a file you can't click. By the end of the first week you have real pages on a private link, and you can try them on your phone.

Every page gets one job. If we can't say what it is in a sentence, the page doesn't ship.

    • Page designs for desktop, tablet and phone
    • A type, colour and spacing guide
    • Two rounds of changes included
    • A private preview link while we work
  • Development

We write the HTML, CSS and a little JavaScript by hand. No page builder, and no pile of plugins to keep updated. Pages stay light so they load quickly on a phone with one bar of signal.

At launch you get the repository and every login, plus a short video showing how to edit the text yourself.

    • A fast, mobile-first build
    • A contact form that reaches your inbox
    • Hosting and domain set up, with a walkthrough of how to renew
    • Accessibility checks: contrast, keyboard use, form labels
    • The repository and every login
  • SEO

Most small-business SEO is boring and fixable: page titles, meta descriptions, local listings, speed, and writing the words people actually search for. We set those up once, as part of the build.

It's a one-time setup, not an ongoing service, and we don't promise rankings. Anyone who does is guessing.

    • Page titles and meta descriptions on every page
    • A sitemap and a robots file
    • Google Business Profile setup for local businesses
    • A speed and mobile check before launch

About

Hi, we're Evenframe

We're a two-person studio based in Nagpur. Evenframe started the way most small studios do: we kept building sites, kept showing them to people, and kept hearing the same thing from small business owners: that getting a decent website done was either confusing, overpriced, or both.

So we made it the whole job: clear scope, a fixed process, and a site a shop owner can actually understand and own.

We're early in this, and we say that on the site on purpose. You can judge us by the work, not by a logo wall of clients we don't have.

  • Two peopleThe people who answer your first email design and build your site.
  • India Standard TimeWe work in IST (UTC+5:30). If you're in another time zone, we'll find a call time that suits you and us.

FAQ

Questions you might have

Can't find yours? Send it through the form below, or email us.

Who this isn't for. Evenframe is a team of two, so large-scale ecommerce and ongoing retainers are better handled elsewhere.

How does pricing work?

Every project is quoted after a short call, because the scope decides the price. We don't publish a price list, because a number on a page that fits nobody's project helps nobody.

A five-page site typically takes about three weeks. You pay a 50% deposit to start and the other 50% at launch.

What happens after the 30 days of support?

For 30 days after launch we fix small things and bugs at no charge. After that we're available for updates at an agreed hourly rate, or we hand everything over so you can manage the site yourself. You own the code either way.

What do hosting and a domain cost?

You pay for hosting and your domain directly to the provider, typically ₹500 to ₹1,500 a year in total for a small site. We set it all up and show you where to renew. We charge no maintenance fee.

Who owns the code and the domain?

You own everything: the code, the domain, the content and the accounts. At launch you get the repository and every login. Nothing is locked behind Evenframe.

What counts as a round of changes?

One round is one batch of edits you send as a list: text swaps, image changes, layout tweaks. Two rounds are included in each project.

Larger additions, like new pages or new features, are quoted separately.

What do you need from me?

A 30 to 45 minute call at the start, your logo and photos and any text you already have, one person who can say yes or ask for changes at each step, and the 50% deposit.

What don't you do?

We don't do logos or full branding, ongoing SEO campaigns, guaranteed Google rankings or app development. We'll say so upfront and point you to someone who can help where we can.

Do you offer a care plan after launch?

No, we don't offer a post-launch care plan. After the 30 free days you have two options: ask us for updates at an hourly rate, or take everything over and manage it yourself. The site is yours either way.
