What we do with what you send
Last updated 2 November 2026
Evenframe is run by two people, Saanidhya Siddhawar and Siddhant Keswani, in Nagpur, India. This site has one contact form, and this page says what happens to the details you put in it.
What the form collects
- Your name and email address, which are required.
- Your phone number, budget and best time for a call, which are optional.
- The project type you pick and the message you write.
What we use it for
We use your details only to reply to you and, if we work together, to run the project. We don't add you to a mailing list, we don't sell or share your details, and we don't use them for advertising.
Where it's stored
The form is handled by Formspree, a form service. Formspree processes it on our behalf. Your submission is stored in our Formspree account and sent to our email inbox. Replies and project emails stay in our email account.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't set cookies and we don't run analytics. The fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google's servers when you open a page, and Google can see your IP address as part of that request.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to reply and to deal with any project that follows. If we don't work together, we'll delete your enquiry when you ask, or when we no longer need it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we'll reply within 24 hours (India Standard Time, UTC+5:30).
